On the surface, SubConnection’s visual brand needed updating with more modern standards. But the ask beneath the formal request was rooted in a real business challenge: How do we create a brand that engages with new and old customers who want fresh food fast?

Drawing on elements of the classic “sandwich shop” experience, we created a brand new visual identity for SubConnection that feels simultaneously familiar and modern. Their quality ingredients and customizable options make this restaurant the best choice for hungry guests with particular tastes, and now their new brand identity tells the same story.
